WALT write an explanation of how a Hydro-power station works
The dam traps water and the reservoir fills up with water. The water then goes through the intake and rushes down the penstock.
The water spins the turbine quickly and the electricity is stored in the generator. The electricity goes from the generator to houses by power lines. After the water spins the turbine It goes back into the river.
Hydropower is the greatest source of renewable energy.

How do you make a Tapa Cloth?
Creating the Design
Firstly, we had to sketch shells for a practice. Then we chose the best one to use. I thought my sketching was good.
Transferring Design
Secondly, we had to transfer the best shell to cardboard with pencil. When we had sketched the main design we added a border as well. Then we had to do the out line with black vivid.
Scrunching the cardboard
Next we had to scrunch the paper. We had to do it about 30 times. The paper felt smooth and soft, like a cloth when we had finished.
Adding Colour
Finally, I had fun coloring in with brown and black pastels. Also we had to do it nice. I had fun doing the Tapa cloth.
